Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Item that contain software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
How to Make a Return
1. Contact us

2. Get a Return Authorization
A staff member will be able to step through your options and set up a return authorization.
3. Pack your items carefully
Returned items must be new and in the original packaging, complete with all original accessories and manuals. Please use the original over-box and the manufacturer’s packaging.
4. Attach the shipping label
For all returns you must receive a return authorization number. Remove or mark out the original labels, then securely tape one completed label to each package. You are responsible for generating your own shipping label.
5. Give the package to UPS or USPS
Take it to any official UPS drop-off site. For the location nearest you, call 1.800.742.5877 or visit www.ups.com.

Take it to any official US Post Office. For the location nearest you, call 1.800.275.8777 or visit www.usps.com.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Discontinued, Sale or Clearance Items (if applicable)
Items that are discontinued, on sale, or clearance are not eligible for refunds. A store credit of equal value to the product will be issued. This credit can be used for anything on our website or in our physical retail store.
Radar Detectors
No Returns, Exchanges, Refunds, or Credits of any kind. If you purchase a radar detector, please see the manufacture's warranty for more information.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
